The Holiday Inn Express Airport Dieppe Team was out in full force at the 8th annual Atlantic Nationals! Dressed in our "It's bacon time!" T-shirts, to promote our new hot breakfast.
We got to see some amazing cars and meet some really nice people while helping our good friend Don "Mr. In-Between" Lavoie. The Holiday Inn Express Airport Dieppe proudly sponsors Don and enjoyed spending the day talking about racing, Corvettes and most importantly our new hotel.

We had a Holiday Social Potluck and shared with our coworkers. Our Social Committee organized the potluck and through a series of events over the course of the year was able to buy gifts for a needy family here in Moncton. Also instead of buying each other presents we bought gifts for the family we adopted. After the potluck we wrapped the gifts and delivered them to the surprised family!

Disability Awareness Week, May 31st to June 6th, 2009
"Disability Supports Create Self-Sufficiency" - Disability Awareness Week (DAW) continues the tradition of National Access Awareness Week first established in 1988 to promote better community access for people with disabilities. This campaign happened in response to a request from Rick Hansen following his Man in Motion World Tour. For ten years, a national committee coordinated planning for the Week in communities all over Canada. In 1998, a decision was made in New Brunswick to continue celebrating an annual awareness week but with a new name to ensure that all issues related to persons with a disability could be promoted. 2009 will mark the 22nd consecutive annual Disability Awareness Week in New Brunswick.
